Relay 0.6.6
Relay 0.6.6
This release adds polls, an unread-only room filter, and control over how long messages stay cached.
New
- Create polls from the attachment menu in the compose bar, vote from the message, and end polls you authored.
- Filter the room list to unread rooms only from the filter menu.
- Choose how long to keep downloaded messages under Settings > Storage, without removing anything from the server.
- Add a favorite reaction from the message context menu without opening the full picker.
Improved
- Attachment uploads show progress directly on the message bubble.
- Quick room switcher lists rooms by recent activity.
- Direct message invites show the peer's name and Matrix ID.
Fixed
- Direct message rooms show the other person's name again.
- @ mentions include members who have been inactive.
- Message text resizes with the text zoom control.
- Browse Rooms stops paging when the server repeats results instead of showing duplicates.
- Join messages from banned users no longer appear as deleted.
- Opening a reaction picker scrolls its message into view so the picker is never clipped.
- Failed replies and message deletions report an error instead of failing silently.
