Relay 0.4.0
A new version of Relay is here!
- This new version introduces support for spaces. A new rail navigation sidebar lets you browse your spaces, explore their hierarchy, and manage membership. You can create spaces, add rooms and sub-spaces, invite members, and configure space settings.
- Several significant performance improvements land in this release, improving the loading of the timeline when switching between rooms.
- Link preview cards are now fixed-size, reducing "timeline jump" a lot.
- The room directory now uses a grouped list layout consistent with the Space detail view.
- The compose field now respects your system preference for automatic spell correction.
- The message input area now animates when its size changes.
- Fixed toolbar avatar reverting to initials on re-navigation.
- Fixed room directory pagination race conditions.
- Fixed duplicate rooms appearing in filtered room list results.
- Improved Matrix ID validation to reduce false negatives on sign-in.
